Online Appointment Request Feedback

Thank you to those patients who have participated in our pilot programme by requesting a urgent appointment via our online form.

In the first week, we successfully processed 112 form requests, resulting in a reduction of around 10 hours of telephone time. This has also significantly reduced the time taken to get through to us on the phone particularly first thing in the morning.
