Changing your contact details

If you need to change or update your contact details, you can do so by completing our online form. You can also call the surgery to let us know if your phone number or address has changed.

Parking

There is free parking for patients to use which is located at the back of the surgery. For access to the car park you will have to drive up Millbrook Lane, which is on the parade just after the pelican crossing (between Blazes and the Aga shop), and follow the road until you reach the car park which is sign posted ‘Widcombe Surgery’.

Alternatively there is one hour free parking on the parade opposite the surgery.
